Stack Dash — Delete Your Data
This page explains how to have your Stack Dash data deleted, exactly what gets deleted, and what is kept afterwards. You do not need an account, and you do not need the app installed to make the request.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Stack Dash data".
- Include the nickname you use on the Stack Dash leaderboard, so we can find your entry.
- Your data is deleted within 30 days, and you will get a reply confirming it is done.
What is deleted
- Your leaderboard entry — your nickname, your best score, and the random player ID it is stored under.
- Head-to-head match records that include your nickname and score.
What is kept, and for how long
The following is held by Google rather than by us, or no longer identifies you, so it is not removed by the request above:
- Analytics data (Google Analytics for Firebase) — user-level and event-level data is deleted according to the property's data-retention setting, which can be set no higher than 14 months. Aggregated reports are not affected by that setting, and certain signals Google collects for its own purposes may be kept for longer under Google's policies.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) — 90 days.
- Advertising data — kept by Google under Google's privacy policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Aggregated, anonymized statistics — kept, because they no longer identify you.
- Anything the law requires us to keep — kept for as long as the law requires.
Data stored on your device
Your local high-score list, coin balance and settings are stored on your device. Remove them by uninstalling Stack Dash, or by clearing the app's data in your device settings. This is separate from your leaderboard entry, which is deleted by the request above.
